- 2 tbsp. of rosemary (20 g)

- Heat the water and, when it boils, add the herbs.
- Leave it to stand for 15 minutes and then strain it.
Method of use:
- Pour the infusion into a tub or a washbowl and submerge your feet in it for 20 minutes.
